Plain cock with polished steel regulator, compensation balance with blue steel overcoil hairspring. English table roller lever escapement. Signed white enamel dial with centre seconds, Roman numerals, blue steel seconds hand, gilt hands. Very substantial plain 18 carat full hunter case, small gold slide in the band to stop the balance, maker's mark “BH” in a rectangle and number corresponding to that on the movement, gross weight 245 grams. In a velvet lined rosewood presentation case, vacant shield shaped mother of pearl cartouche in the lid.
