Unusual Gold Digital Dial Lever Dress Watch

An early 20^th Century Swiss lever with digital regulator dial in a slim gold open face case.  Damascened nickelled three quarter plate keyless movement with going barrel. Plain cock with polished steel regulator, compensation balance with blue steel overcoil hairspring.  Club foot lever escapement.  Unusual signed white metal dial.  At twelve an opening for the hours, which change instantaneously on the hour, within two applied gold frames.   Below this a further rectangular gold frame with a small central chapter for the hours and below a  subsidiary for continuous seconds in Arabic numerals, blue steel hands.  Slim plain 18 carat gold open face case with single hinged back.  Decorative chased and engraved middle, engraved gold bow, maker's mark "Election".  Fitted in a morocco covered presentation case lined with dark blue velvet.
