Small Gold and Enamel Watch and Chain

An early 20^th Century Swiss lever by Longines in a small gold and enamel pendant watch and matching chain.  Keyless nickelled bar movement with going barrel.  Plain cock with polished steel regulator, compensation balance with blue steel overcoil hairspring.  Club foot lever escapement. Small signed gilt dial with engine turned centre, Arabic numerals, blue steel Breguet hands.  Small 14 carat gold open case.  The middle, pendant, clip on back and broad bezel covered in translucent light blue enamel over an engine turned ground.  The back unusually has raised decoration including the central cupid and border.  The shaped bow decorated with white champleve enamel allowed to swivel on the pendant.  Small gilt winding button set with a blue cabochon.  The long (540 mm around the neck) gold necklace, sections of fine chain alternating with batons of translucent light blue enamel over an engine turned ground with white enamel bands at each end.  The back marked "Wittnauer - Swiss".
