Description
An early 19th Century English cylinder in a silver open face case. Full plate gilt keywind fusee movement with gilt dust cover. Engraved cock with diamond endstone, polished steel regulator, silver sector index on the plate. Plain three arm polished steel balance with blue steel spiral hairspring. Polished steel cylinder, large steel escape wheel, pivots with endstones. Signed white enamel dial with subsidiary seconds, Roman numerals, blue steel seconds hand, gold hands. Plain silver open face case, maker's mark “WB” in a rectangle.
In excellent overall condition.
