Description
An early 20th Century Swiss eight day centre seconds calendar lever in a decorative silver full hunter case. Hebdomas keyless eight day movement with the large resting barrel covering the back of the watch marked “8 Jours Ancre – Qualite Supereuer Garantie – Spiral Breguet Levees Visible – Swiss Made”. Engraved bridge cock to the left of the dial, polished steel regulator. Uncut bimetallic balance with overcoil hairspring. Club foot lever escapement. Signed white enamel centre deconds dial, subsidiaries for day and date, Roman numerals, silver decoration above and below the chapter ring, blue steel hands. Silver full hunter case, decoratively engraved covers, the front with a vacant shield shaped cartouche. Maker's mark “G.G.G.” in a rectangle.
