Ivory Watch Stand

A 19^th Century folding ivory watch stand.  Central shaped plain section with a shallow indent for the body of the watch surrounded by well carved and pierced foliate decoration.  The brass hook for the watch is formed as part of the hinge an folds flat when the ivory easel stand is closed.
