An early 18th Century English gold champleve dial pair cased watch an shagreen protective. Full plate fire gilt movement with square baluster pillars. Pierced and engraved masked cock , the top half removed, garnet endstone, broad pierced and engraved foot and plate for the silver regulator disc. Fusee and chain with worm and wheel barrel setup between the plates. Plain three arm steel balance, blue steel spiral hairspring. Converted from verge to English table roller lever escapement. Signed gold champleve dial with Roman and Arabic numerals, later gold hands. Matching 22 carat pair cases, later gold pendant and bow, maker's mark “SG” below a fish. In a green velvet lined pressed board shagreen covered protective carrying case secured by two gilt hooks.
