An early 20^th Century Swiss eight day lever in a decorative damascened gunmetal open face case.  Hebdomas type keyless eight day movement with the large resting barrel covering the back of the watch marked “8 Days” in a number of languages.  Engraved bridge cock to below the dial, polished steel regulator.  Uncut bimetallic balance with overcoil hairspring.  Club foot lever escapement.  Signed white enamel dial, gilt Roman numerals in dark blue enamel cartouches, gilt decoration either side of the chapter ring, pierced gilt hands.  Gunmetal open face case damascened in silver and gilt floral decoration.
