English Rolled Gold Half Hunter

An early 20^th Century English lever in a Dennison rolled gold half hunter case.  Gilt three quarter plate keyless movement with going barrel. Plain cock with polished steel regulator, uncut bimetallic balance with overcoil hairspring. Club foot lever escapement.  White enamel dial with subsidiary seconds, Roman numerals, blue steel hands.  Plain 14 carat rolled gold half hunter case with blue enamel chapter ring, hinged back and cuvette.  Marked inside the back lid "Sun - Trade Mark - Dennison Watch Case Co." and inside the cuvette "English make guaranteed to be of Two Plates of 14 Ct Gold with Plate of Composition between and to wear 25 Years"
