An early 20^th Century Swiss lever in a silver half hunter case.  Nickelled split three quarter plate keyless movement marked “RS” with a trident, going barrel. Plain cock with polished steel micrometer regulator, compensation balance with blue steel overcoil hairspring. Club foot lever escapement, screwed in jewelling.  White enamel dial with subsidiary seconds, Roman numerals, blue steel half hunter hands. Plain silver Dennison half hunter case with blue enamel chapter ring, gilt winding button, maker's mark “ALD” in a rectangle.
