An early 20^th Century Swiss eight day lever in a decorative damascened gunmetal open face case. Hebdomas type keyless eight day movement with the large resting barrel covering the back of the watch marked “8 Days” in a number of languages. Engraved bridge cock to below the dial, polished steel regulator. Uncut bimetallic balance with overcoil hairspring. Club foot lever escapement. Signed white enamel dial, gilt Roman numerals in dark blue enamel cartouches, gilt decoration either side of the chapter ring, pierced gilt hands. Gunmetal open face case damascened in silver and gilt floral decoration.

Silver Hunting Cased Erotic Automaton

A large early 20^th Century Swiss lever with concealed erotic automaton in a decorative silver full hunter case. White enamel dial with subsidiary seconds, Arabic numerals, blue steel hands. Silver full hunter case, both covers decorated in high relief, the front depicting a bust. The back with floral decoration marked “H Frsl Depose”. Opening the back and silver cuvette reveals a nun, apparently kneeling at prayer, receiving the attentions of a member of the clergy from behind. The scene springs to life when the silver slide in the band is activated.

Plain cock with polished steel regulator, compensation balance with blue steel overcoil hairspring. Club foot lever escapement, escape pivots with endstones. Small circular signed silvered dial, Arabic numerals, blue steel hands. Gold oval case enamelled on both sides with translucent blue enamel over a decorative engine turned ground. The middle of the case set with a border of pearls, the winding button at six a pearl. The watch suspended from a pierced white metal bow set with small diamonds. Necklace formed from fine chains of white metal and navette shaped narrow gold and enamel links matching the watch.
