Survey suggests the average woman owns £6,000 of jewellery

Some call it a collection, some call it hoarding, and others might just see it as a waste, but almost all women can say they have jewellery boxes at home, many of which not be entirely sure what exactly is in them. A recent study has revealed there could be as much as £6,000 worth of jewellery in the average collection of a 40-year-old woman.
